Humane Education & Community Outreach

Building a compassionate community starts with understanding.

Through humane education, presentations and community outreach, NHS helps people of all ages learn more about animals, responsible pet care and the important role we all play in animal welfare.

By connecting with schools, community groups and organizations across Northumberland County, we're helping build a community where animals — and the people who love them — can thrive.
